Todd Cushing is a nationally recognized Data Center / IT / Telecom Executive with over 25 years of experience. Todd’s primary roles at 1623 Farnam include the design and oversight of the technology infrastructure of our data center, establishing and maintaining relationships with telecom carriers and providing technology direction and support for our customers. Prior to joining 1623 Farnam, Todd was a Tenant Representative Broker for CBRE Data Center Real Estate and Olsson Engineering focusing on site selection and design for data centers worldwide.

BILL SEVERNExecutive Vice President

Bill Severn has held a variety of senior leadership positions with the technology infrastructure sector over the past 30 years, including extensive work in cable telecommunications and data centers. As Executive Vice President of 1623 Farnam, Bill oversees all marketing activities and day-to-day business operations. In addition to this role, Bill is the Executive Vice President for Berk’s Group; a division of privately held News Press & Gazette Company. He has also been leading business development in the Technology Infrastructure sector for Bradley Holdings since 2012. Prior to his current roles, Bill was Chief Operating Officer for NPG Cable, Inc. which was divested in 2011. During his tenure, Bill was nationally recognized as a top executive and the business was awarded the Independent Cable Operator of the Year in 2009. Bill holds a B.S. degree from Kansas State University.

ERIC FLOCKOperations Manager

Eric Flock has over 15 years of telecommunications and data center experience. Eric’s responsibilities include oversight of data center infrastructure and performance, as well as project management for customer transitions and service orders. Eric brings a wide variety of skills to 1623 Farnam and to our customers, including networking equipment installation, fiber optic services, and UPS and generator back-up systems. Our clients work directly with Eric to ensure that all technical needs are addressed promptly and accurately. Eric has achieved CDCTP certification.

GREG ELLIOTTVice President, Business Development

Greg Elliott has an extensive history of involvement in the telecom and tech industries, in business development and management. Greg’s responsibilities at 1623 Farnam are to share with companies the value proposition of being at the facility and making strategic connections for customers. For twenty-plus years he has been in the industry and was Director of Business Development at 1102 Grand in Kansas City for almost ten years and most recently helped Nova8 Ventures invest in early stage tech companies.
