COVID-19 is impacting the world in extraordinary ways and the landscape in which we are conducting business seems to be changing by the hour. With social distancing being a top priority in fighting the spread of the coronavirus, the amount of telecommuting is at an all-time high and reliable connectivity is more important than ever. At 1623 Farnam, we are here to help during this time of the COVID-19 crisis and we take this situation very seriously.

Our key priorities are to ensure the safety and health of our clients, employees, and on-site workers, while still providing you the level of support and reliability that you have come to expect from us.

1623 Farnam is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, and we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment. We are also scaling back the onsite presence of some personnel and asking them to telecommute. As a result of these actions, the following changes have been implemented that may impact you as a customer. These changes will remain in effect until further notice.

  • All tours of the facility have been cancelled. Only mission critical escorts will be provided.
  • New badge requests will only be completed on Tuesdays and Fridays. These will be by-appointment only and we ask that these requests are limited to only essential staff within your organization. These requests can be completed by emailing us at noc@www.1623farnam.com.
  • Any packages arriving onsite will be held for 24 hours before release.
  • There is currently no plan to limit any customer access to the facility, but we will continue to update you as the situation develops.

We thank you for your continued trust and cooperation. Be well. Stay Safe.
